BDG has been a key player in JPMorgan Chase’s Retail Branch Delivery Program, with over 300 ground-up projects completed in more than ten states. We have also been part of the Retrofit Branch Delivery Program nationally with 7,000+ branches included in the program to date. To achieve this goal we work closely with our Client and CM partners on developing new design, technology, signage, and wayfinding standards along with participating in Construction Administration to ensure designs are executed efficiently while adjusting for existing conditions in the field. This was the first of a new prototype ground up design. At the exterior, moving away from “traditional” design styles and focusing on a more contemporary look. mimicking retail designs to connect the client to familiar small-retail operations. Scaling down the entrance to make it more approachable, while using color changes and lighting for clear identification and wayfinding. Offices are always visible from customer approaches. Windows are large to provide as much visibility to the interior as possible, revealing the activity within. Details throughout are clean and contemporary. All these characteristics are intended to convey a feeling of simplification, thoughtful sensibility, and reinforce the customers journey through the space.
