BDG has been a key player in JPMorgan Chase’s Retail Branch Delivery Program, with over 300 ground-up projects completed in more than ten states. We have also been part of the Retrofit Branch Delivery Program nationally. The goal of the Innovations Retrofit team is to introduce new technologies and prototype design changes into existing branches and conversion sites so that 25% of the bank’s 5,000+ locations is “touched” annually. To achieve this goal we work closely with our Client and CM partners on developing new design, technology, signage, and wayfinding standards along with participating in Construction Administration to ensure designs are executed efficiently while adjusting for existing conditions in the field. We started the Innovations Retrofit program in 2014, and designed 600 projects that first year, since that time we have designed over 11,000 projects and overseen implementation on over 7,000 branches. Multiple sites are designed and then narrowed down as budgets are worked through leading to the last two (2) years of project designs in excess of 1,900 per year and implementation of over 1,100 per year.

Chase launched the office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that drew about 100 people, including Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn and representatives of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Chase is a community partner to the Lightning, and the new office is the bank’s closest location to Amalie Arena. Read more.
Our Chase branch at Adams and Laura Street in Jacksonville, Florida is located inside the old historic Barnett National Bank Building. Built in 1926, it was the state of Florida’s first high rise. Serving as the building’s anchor tenant, JPMorgan Chase occupies 6,000 SF on the ground level. The new space preserves the nearly 100 year history and charm of the building. The rooftop signage illuminated 25 stories above the ground now prominently displays the Chase logo as part of the Jacksonville skyline.
