This new facility houses office space and an expansive warehouse for the growing company. In addition to standard amenities like team rooms and director suites, the architect also designed a multi-purpose space for 65 persons, and a pharmacy lab complete with two clean rooms. The 40,000 SF warehouse, which is fully air-conditioned, includes steel rollup doors, air curtains, an owner-provided storage rack system, and is fully fire protected. Construction utilized the tilt-wall system for exterior walls and for main interior partitions. No CMU was utilized in the project.
