104 Inverness Center Place is located in the Inverness Office Park. This project consists of the design and renovations of the building entry, building lobby, design of a single tenant floor into a multi-tenant floor, restroom code study and design of an amenities suite on the ground floor. The concept for the building lobby is to create a dynamic space that will highlight the lake view through the building. The new design will welcome and guide the guest through the lobby and to their destination. The amenities suite will be a multi-purpose area that will include a conference center and lounge where tenants can work, relax and socialize. These renderings depict what the entry and lobby will look like once compete.
