Catchlight Crossings is a 1,000-unit mixed-use community with affordable and workforce housing, located right on the Universal property allowing the residents to enjoy the action-packed adventure occurring next door. This project consists of two phases, the first featuring residential units varying between 5-6 stories, and the second phase consisting of an 8-story building. The eight buildings total approximately 1.97 million GSF, and each contain different amenities ranging from retail, educational facilities, a medical center, and much more! For this project, BDG Architects is the Architect of Record and Beyer Blinder Belle is the Design Architect and Master Planner that will assist in bringing this extravagant idea to life.
Wendover and Universal break ground on Catchlight Crossings
