As part of the Design/Build team with BECK Construction, our staff provided the master planning, design, rezoning, ARC approval, interior design implementation and acted as the Architect of Record for this 4 story, 138 room boutique hotel project in South Tampa. The hotel was developed as a collaborative partnership between Mainsail Lodging and Development and Tampa’s legendary Bern’s Steak House with a concept to mix the elegance of a boutique hotel with fine culinary experiences. The hotel is a Marriott Autograph brand that features a wine shop, a culinary classroom, flexible meeting spaces, spa, bakery, restaurant space and a rooftop bar with views of the surrounding historic neighborhood.
