This office building project is the headquarters for Exeter International, an agency specializing in travel packages to Russia and Eastern European countries. Fenestration plays a large role in the concept for this LEED Gold Certified building that takes advantage of natural daylight, while screening the occupants from the hot Florida sun. Punched vertical windows at the front entry stair add a warm touch to the modern façade, and the rooftop solar panel installation provides power to the facility that significantly reduces operational expenses.
