Fifth Third Bank wanted a fresh and modern look for their new branch prototype that represented the changing direction in the banking industry. The new LEED Silver branch design incorporates new technologies and services being offered with a focus on sustainability. Self-directed banking is available to all customers via a 24-hour lobby equipped with Smart ATMs. Traditional teller lines are replaced with Personal Bankers able to take care of a variety of customer banking needs. Visibility from the exterior and throughout the interior is key to the design’s success.
