Our Chase branch at Adams and Laura Street in Jacksonville, Florida is located inside the old historic Barnett National Bank Building. Built in 1926, at 224 feet tall and eighteen stories high, the Barnett National Bank building was the tallest building in Jacksonville until the mid-‘50s. Serving as the building’s anchor tenant, JPMorgan Chase occupies 6,000 SF on the ground level. The building is also home to the University of North Florida Center for Entrepreneurship, commercial offices, and 107 apartment units called The Residences at Barnett. Many of the building’s historic details were carefully preserved and restored, including its original elevators, maintaining the nearly 100 year history and charm of the building. The rooftop signage illuminated 20 stories above the ground now prominently displays the Chase logo as part of the Jacksonville skyline.
