Lafayette Place is a conceptual design by BDG Architects that extends the downtown core to the west side of the Hillsborough River that respects and celebrates the historic architectural context of the neighborhood. Lafayette Tower offered 40-stories of office, hotel, and retail uses. Lafayette Parkview provided high-end residential homes with extraordinary views overlooking Plant Park, along with retail and parking. And Lafayette Central created a new urban living environment and retail to respond to the needs of the community.
