Our team of architects has extensive expertise with the design grocery anchored developments, most notably for Lakeland, Florida headquartered Publix Super Markets. As a Publix-approved Architect, we fully understand their criteria, design and approval process, including critical checklist requirements and site coordination issues. In addition to working with many Developers (and fee-Developers for Publix-owned properties), we have also worked directly for Publix’s A/E department to design custom store shell and interiors that varied greatly from their prototype at several unique urban mixed-use locations.
