This full interior and exterior renovation of an existing 3,000 SF retail branch transformed the traditional architectural appearance of the building to the new Nexus architectural style of the Regions Bank brand. The existing structure of the building remained in-tact while new exterior skin was provided. 24-hour customer access to ATMs is provided via the new ATM Lobby that was added to the front of the building. Reuse of the existing structure allowed Regions Bank to provide a larger retail facility than would have been provided if the existing building had been removed and a new freestanding facility constructed.
