Robertson Banking Company, one of the oldest banks in Alabama, is expanding its footprint in the Birmingham market beyond its downtown branch and opening its second location in Homewood. This new branch is their first free-standing location in Birmingham. BDG worked with the client to design a project that makes a statement by developing new brand standards that take the traditional bank branch look and incorporated more forward thinking resulting in a new, fresh design. Through the use of new materials BDG bridged the traditional look into a modern interpretation. The new branch is approximately 3,100 SF and is a full-service location for its clients with a two-lane drive thru as well as housing a commercial lender with room to grow in that area.
