Our team partnered with J.O. Delotto & Sons, Inc. to design and build the new Lower Division Building for Shorecrest Preparatory School. The two-story, 29,600 sq. ft. building contains two science labs with an outdoor oceanography patio, drama, health and music classrooms, a large art studio with its own outdoor walled patio, an office, meeting room, and a food service area with a 2,200 sq. ft. outdoor covered dining pavilion on the first floor. The second floor has nine classrooms, a learning lab and two mini-computer labs, as well as an expansive teachers' workroom.
