The Tampa Medical Tower is the largest medical office building in the Tampa Bay area. This prestigious 120,000 SF building is located in the heart of Tampa’s medical district across from one of the city’s largest medical centers, St. Joseph Hospital. The eight-story building houses doctors’ offices and other medicine-related tenants, along with a pharmacy and a delicatessen on the ground level. At the time of construction, the building was heralded as one of Tampa’s most innovative. Its open air halls lead to the building’s impeccable interior courtyard showcasing its monumental scale, natural stonework and foliage. Recipient of the American Institute of Architects Award/Florida Association for Design Excellence.
