The Birchwood is an 18 room boutique hotel located on Beach Drive in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The project is the renovation of an existing 1922 Grayl’s Hotel and includes the addition of a 4th floor meeting space and ballroom. As interior designers for the renovation, responsibilities included the design of a new restaurant, guest rooms, public spaces, ballrooms and the rooftop lounge all to enhance the new brand image of this modern urban infill project that respects the historic legacy of the building and neighborhood.
