Interior renovation of an area left vacant after a renovation of the Sun Dome, the University of South Florida’s on-campus events arena. FleischmanGarcia included a built-in bar, fine wood paneling and trim, lounge seating, as well as high-top tables and conventional tables. Also part of the 2,500 SF facility are high-end bathrooms with full height wall toilet room partitions, stone topped vanities and wood-framed, beveledge mirrors.
