Master of Architecture
University of South Florida
Alejandro, originally born in San Jose, California, spent his formative years in Mexico before settling in Lakeland, Florida at the age of nine. His journey towards the world of architecture began with a fascination for art and the joy of constructing things, but it wasn’t until shortly before high school graduation that he discovered his true calling. After earning his associate degree at a community college, Alejandro’s pursuit of architectural excellence led him to the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he achieved his Master of Architecture in May 2020. Alejandro’s architectural passion revolves around the intricate beauty of older styles like Romanesque and Gothic architecture, and he aspires to blend these timeless languages into modern architecture. Outside of his architectural pursuits, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and engaging in various sports and activities.
