Chris Kirschner, President of BDG Architects, brings over 30 years of expertise in providing professional architecture services across diverse project types. His extensive experience encompasses sport and entertainment, retail, commercial office, hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Proficient in development considerations, Chris is well-versed in long-range planning, finance strategies, incentives, LEED and WELL design certification, and facilities planning. Actively engaged in civic and industry organizations, he contributes to USGBC, AIA, ICSC, NFPA, and holds board positions such as chair of the property committee for the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and board member for the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council.
