Elena’s expertise lies in coordination of permitting for commercial projects including banks, restaurants, and hotels; specializing in the South Florida market. In addition to being our resident permitting expert, she has very strong administrative skills that she uses to support our busy program managers. Elena has big picture focus and executes all of these tasks with precision with the main goal of maintaining a professional and pleasant relationship with clients.
