Lisa Gabler joined BDG Architects in 2014 following more than two decades in corporate America, where she developed deep expertise in business strategy, organizational leadership, and corporate growth. After 12 years leading BDG’s Marketing and Business Development efforts, she transitioned into her current role as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this capacity she serves as a strategic partner to the firm’s President, helping to define and advance BDG’s long-term vision, support key initiatives, and guide organizational transformation. She collaborates closely with senior leadership, including finance and legal, and serves as a key resource for complex contract review and risk considerations.

She continues to maintain oversight of BDG’s marketing and business development functions, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, client engagement, and the firm’s strategic growth priorities.

Beyond her professional commitments, Lisa has dedicated more than thirty years to community engagement through The Junior League of Tampa. She enjoys traveling and appreciates a well-crafted cocktail with a sunset as a way to unwind and recharge.
