Milena became a part of BDG in 2019 after amassing 13 years of experience in Brazil, where she got her degree in Architecture. Leading various project phases, her diverse portfolio includes retail, financial institutions, multifamily and public works projects, small hydropower plants, and facilities management. Milena excels in project planning, budget management, and ensuring adherence to clients’ timelines. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and indulging her passion for travel.
