Her expertise spans architectural design and development, branding, and prototype rollout—with a focus on delivering consistent, scalable solutions across national programs.

As Vice President of BDG’s Program Studio, Trish leads a high-performing team specializing in the ground-up development of retail bank branches and retail centers. She brings deep industry knowledge in banking and grocery design, guiding clients through evolving brand standards, multi-site expansion efforts, and customer-centric design strategies. Trish’s leadership ensures seamless project delivery from concept through construction, grounded in design excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term value.
